I did this a while ago. Sailor Jupiter is my fave scout so I did a little fanart, I haven't done fanart in ages.
I stuffed up the highlights in her hair a bit :/ This was the 1st picture I used my white gelpen on. Also I atempted a CGish background thing... Just to make it stand out a bit more and not be plain. Go easy I've only begun experimenting with Photoshop
